Thanks for looking into more information about FeSTiDAN. FeSTiDAN started (officially) about 6 years ago as a Slip 'N' Slide party on an abondonded lot in front of Dan's house to celebrate his birthday. Two years ago construction started on the lot, so the future of FeSTiDAN was in jeopardy. Thanks to the wonderful folks over at WAKA, we were able to step it up a notch in 2007 and turn what used to be a casual friends and family BBQ into a full out Music and Tailgating Festival to benefit the greatest Charity in Florida - Camp Boggy Creek.

2008 is our second year at Bicentennial and we're more excited than ever. We've got incredible local bands confirmed for the event (lineup to be released soon), Pizza being provided by Coconut Grove's premier Pizza and Party joint, Boardwalk Pizza, and more Slippin' 'n' Slidin', beer-pong-playing, flip-cuppin', kickball-playin', Tailgating good times than we know what to do with. Following the incredible success of Alfest 2008 (we raised over $17,000 for our charity, Camp Boggy Creek) we're more thrilled than ever to bring you this incredible event.
